A few years ago, I made Aliyah. I still had an old Teudat Zehut, was married and divorced, and needed a new TZ. After repeatedly making appointments at the Misrad Hapnim in Netanya and sitting there for days, I was fed up. I just couldn’t get it done. So, I called for the help of John Garcia from the Coming Home 2 Israel Foundation, and one day we went again with a French-speaking lady. We encountered the same situation again. The staff member didn’t show much willingness to help. But thanks to John and the lady from the organization, it worked out in the end. It’s nice to know that at such moments, you’re not alone and can call someone who can actually get it done. Thanks again to John.
